Everyone likes to eat spring rolls. But the fried ones are not very healthy and are on fire. Then try this Vietnamese rice roll. It's healthy and delicious.
Step1:Boil rice flour in boiling water for 34 minutes. Rinse rice flour in cold boiling water. Strain until it is about 8 cm lon
Step2:In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, salt, garlic and water until sugar dissolves. Then mix into rice flour and mix well
Step3:Put Vietnamese rice paper into a basin of warm boiled water. Take out the dry water in 15 second
Step4:Spread out the rice paper. Wrap the rice noodles and shrimps as shown in Fig. 3.4.5.
Step5:Serve with your favorite sauce (I usually use hot and sweet sauce. I can also use seafood sauce
Step6:Cover it with gauze and put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Come out and make sure you eat it all the time. If you don't like cold food, you can also eat it by steaming.
