Everyone likes to eat spring rolls. But the fried ones are not very healthy and are on fire. Then try this Vietnamese rice roll. It's healthy and delicious.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Boil rice flour in boiling water for 34 minutes. Rinse rice flour in cold boiling water. Strain until it is about 8 cm lon

  2. Step2:In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, salt, garlic and water until sugar dissolves. Then mix into rice flour and mix well

  3. Step3:Put Vietnamese rice paper into a basin of warm boiled water. Take out the dry water in 15 second

  4. Step4:Spread out the rice paper. Wrap the rice noodles and shrimps as shown in Fig. 3.4.5.

  5. Step5:Serve with your favorite sauce (I usually use hot and sweet sauce. I can also use seafood sauce
