Broccoli is nutritious. This garlic broccoli is my favorite way. I often buy it to make by myself. It's the green color. It's appetizing.
Step1:Wash and break the broccoli into small flowers (the size can be based on personal preference. Only when the big one is blanching, it takes a little longer).
Step2:Cut the garlic slices into mince and set aside.
Step3:Blanch the broccoli in boiling water. Add a few drops of cooking oil and a little salt to the boiling water. This will ensure the color of broccoli. As for the degree of blanching, it can be based on personal preference. The time to like crisp and tender taste can be shorter. The time to like soft and rotten taste or bad mouth can be blanched for a while. Blanched broccoli is dipped in cold water to maintain its crisp taste and green color.
Step4:Add a little oil to the pot. Add half of the garlic and stir to give the fragrance.
Step5:Stir fry the boiled broccoli for a few times.
Step6:Put the fried broccoli into a bowl.
Step7:Put it on the plate upside down (these two steps can be omitted if they are too troublesome. They don't affect the taste).
Step8:Add the remaining half of garlic and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce into the pan of broccoli and stir well. Because there will be some water when stir fry broccoli. So I don't add extra water. If the water in the pan is very little, you can add a little water.
Step9:Stir fry the oyster sauce with garlic sauce and add a little starch to thicken it. The reason is that the garlic sauce with oyster sauce can be better wrapped in broccoli. Otherwise, broccoli is easy to be tasteless.
Step10:Pour the garlic sauce with oyster sauce on the broccoli in the dish.
