Step1:Wash pork tenderloin and cut into shreds. Wash and cut into sections with shallot (the length is determined by each family's plate. It is used for bedding.)
Step2:Marinate the sliced meat with oil consumption, cooking wine, soy sauce (old soy sauce) and baking soda. You can use starch directly without baking soda. Baking soda needs only a little (about 2 grams). After about 5 minutes, add a little dry starch and stir well.
Step3:Stir fry the marinated shredded meat in the oil pan. Season with a little soy sauce, sugar and monosodium glutamate. Stir quickly to avoid sticking to the pan.
Step4:Start the pot. Put the shredded meat into the plate covered with scallion.
Step5:Special attention - this dish is very similar to Beijing sauce shredded pork. It only uses shallots instead of leeks. It doesn't include dried tofu. It's mainly shredded pork. If you don't like to eat onions, you can put it less. It's the same as I do. It's just around if you don't lay the bottom.
