Step1:Place the snail in clean water, add salt and sesame oil for 2 hours. Spit out the mud and cut off the bottom for use.
Step2:Peel the duck feet and marinate them with ginger wine for a while. Prepare other ingredients - star anise, ginger, dates, mushrooms, sour bamboo shoots, peppers, soy sauce, oil consumption, bean curd, cinnamon, garlic.
Step3:Stir fry the snails with ginger slices and cooking wine until they are uncovered. Take them out for use.
Step4:Put oil in the pot, stir fry ginger, octagonal and other ingredients, add the seasoning snail and duck feet that have passed the clear water, and then put them into a sand pot and boil for about half an hour in a small fire pot. Because I don't eat much pepper and sour bamboo shoots, I used tomato and rice vinegar instead of sour bamboo shoots. It tastes just as good. It needs more oil. There's also a raw perilla. It's very important. It's very fragrant.
