Step1:One potato, one eggplant, two green peppers, peeled.
Step2:Ingredients - ginger, onion, garlic and red pepper. Cut and set aside.

Step7:Put the extra oil in a clean bowl. Just leave a little oil in the pan. Then pour all the ingredients into the pot.
Step8:Now stir fry the potatoes and eggplant together with the ingredients in the pot. Add oil consumption in the process.
Step9:Make time to thicken the sauce. Flour and water. Stir well and pour into the pan. Stir fry once. Turn off the heat and start the pan.
