There are many recipes on douguo, but I'm still satisfied with my own.
Step1:Wash and cut bacon into long strip
Step2:Put a little oil in the pot. Stir fry the bacon with a little cooking wine.
Step3:Add in the garlic moss (carrot or chilli). Add some salt and light soy sauce before leaving the pot. Stir evenly.
Step4:Out of the pot. (less salt. Bacon is more salt. Less chicken essence. Original flavor is salty, salty and sweet.
