When I tried to make cookies for the first time, the pattern was not good. This time I made a box of butter cookies seriously.
Step1:Butter softens at room temperature. Cut into small pieces. When the weather is cold and the temperature is low, it can be heated with water
Step2:Use the electric beater to beat the butter until it is light in color, bulky and feathery. Add sugar in three times. Beat each time evenly with egg beater and add the next time.
Step3:Add the egg liquid in three times. Mix each time and then add the next time.
Step4:Sift in the low gluten flour. Don't have small balls.
Step5:Mix well with a rubber scraper to make a paste.
Step6:Put the batter into the flower mounting bag, and extrude the cookie pattern on the baking tray paved with oil absorption paper.
Step7:Preheat the oven at 170 ℃. Heat the middle layer up and down for about 15 minutes. See that the edge of the biscuit is colored.
Cooking tips:1. It's more time-consuming and laborious to decorate cookies than to decorate cream. I packed two decoration bags to finish these cookies. 2. To make cookies crispy, butter must be put in place (the color is obviously lighter). There are skills in making delicious dishes.
