Step1:Wash the rabbit meat and cut into large pieces. Put in soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and submerge for 10 minutes.
Step2:Put the onion, ginger, garlic and dried red pepper into the oil pan and stir fry them all into the rabbit meat.
Step3:Stir fry for a few more times. Stew in cold water for 30 minutes.
Step4:Finally, stir fry and collect the juice. Then put it in the plate.
