I worked for two days. I left early and came back late. I can't afford to cook a decent meal. I'm on leave today. I'm busy cleaning the house in the morning. I'm washing and drying. The father said, cook a brisket at noon. I haven't eaten well these two days.. Just last night, I bought 2 jin Qinchuan fresh frozen beef brisket in Metro. I had other materials at home, so I made it in a hurry.
Step1:Cut beef brisket into small pieces. Soak in cold water for half an hour. Remove blood.
Step2:Add 2 bowls of cold water to the pot. Put the brisket in the pot. Bring to a boil. Remove the froth. Remove the brisket and control the moisture.
Step3:Peel the radish. Wash and cut the hob. Heat the wok. Pour in some oil. Stir fry the turnip until it is a little crystal clear. Set aside.
Step4:Add some oil to the frying pan of radish. Stir fry the ginger and garlic. Pour in the beef brisket. Add the sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce and soy sauce, stir fry for a while. Then add the cold water. Do not pass the beef brisket. Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then pour in white radish. Stir fry. Add cold water. No radish. Heat it up. Then stew it over a small heat. Turn it several times in the middle to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Step5:Stew the Beef Brisket with radish until it's tender. Heat up the sauce. Add in red pepper, garlic leaves, salt and chicken powder to taste and start the pot.
