Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:The purple sweet potato is steamed and pressed into mud. It is kneaded into dough with flour, yeast, sugar and a little water.

   Step2:Knead the dough. Take down a small piece. Rub the long strip. Press it into thin sheet

   Step3:Roll it up from one side. It's a flower.

   Step4:Divide the dough into small pieces and squeeze them into petals.

   Step5:Make the first petal.

   Step6:The same way to make a second layer of petals.
