Step1:Cut taro into a hob and set aside. Pour in 4 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons bean paste, a little cooking wine, a little Sufu juice, a little oil and a little soy sauce and mix well. Add rice flour and mix well. Sprinkle anise and cinnamon on the surface.
