Step4:Press the start button of the electric pressure cooker, and the pressure cooker will cook beans for you automatically. After the beans are cooked, you must wait for the pressure cooker to automatically reduce the pressure before opening the lid. When the whole process is over, there will be a sound prompt. It is the same as the electric rice cooker.
Step5:The black beans are cooked. Take out what you want to eat. Put the rest in a sealed jar. Keep it in the refrigerator for several days. Put it in a sealed bag for freezing. It can be kept for at least one month.
Cooking tips:1) cooking black beans and putting nails is a common method in Japan. It is said that the black beans cooked with nails will be more black and mellow, and rich in iron. I didn't put them last time. Today I tried to put two nails. I feel the color is really much darker than the last time. It seems that the old tradition of any country must have its own reason. 2) According to personal taste and preference. After the black beans are cooked, add 2 spoonfuls of honey. Cook for a few minutes over a small fire. The black beans will be brighter. With more honey, the taste of the beans will be richer. 3) Like to eat very cooked soft beans.
