Step1:Cut the meat into large slices. Marinate with starch, cooking wine, salt and a small amount of water. Wash the cabbage. Tear the leaves into pieces by hand. Slice the cabbage with a knife obliquely. Wash the onion and cut into sections. Cut the dried pepper into sections.
Step2:Put 30 grams of oil into the pot. Stir fry the dry pepper and pepper over medium heat. Remove and set aside. (I usually remove the pepper and eat it in my mouth. Tears flow down my eyes.) leave the oil in the pot.
Step3:Turn the fire. Put the onion and cabbage (stir fry the cabbage for a while before putting the cabbage leaves). Stir fry them and spread them in a large bowl.
Step4:Pour 30g oil, stir fry shallot, ginger and garlic. Stir fry bean paste and hot pot bottom. Pour in some water. Bring the large and thin meat slices into the pot after boiling. Stir until the color changes. Put in the soy sauce, chicken essence and sugar. Scoop out. Pour into cabbage bowl.
Step5:Sprinkle the dried peppers and prepared garlic on the meat slices. Put 40 grams of oil into the pot. Bring to 9 and smoke. Pour hot oil on the meat slices. Ha ha. Hot boiled meat slices are ready.
