The wax pig's ears from my hometown are very delicious.
Step1:Wash the pig ears. Boil in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain the water and cool the slices.
Step2:Wash and shred the red pepper.
Step3:Garlic seed. Onion. Wash and cut well.
