Delicious dried mingtaiyu
Step1:Bake the real mingtaiyu with alcohol lamp or gas stove for 5 seconds. Tear it into strips by hand and put it on the plat
Step2:Put the chili noodles, sugar, vinegar and seasoning into a small dish. Pour in a little beer and stir with chopsticks until the seasoning is evenly mixed
Step3:Continue to tear the mingtaiyu into about 5cm strips. Dip it in the seasoning and serve it
Cooking tips:A small piece of Mingtai fish. Put it into your mouth. The sour, hot and sweet taste comes up together. A big mouthful of beer goes down. That taste...... Cool. A Ming Tai Yu is enough for two or three beers each. It's a beer artifact. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
