Because I like tofu brain very much, but I don't think the breakfast stand outside is very clean. So I developed a simple and delicious homemade tofu brain with my mother.
Step1:Cut leek into 1 cm segment
Step2:Open fire. Heat the pot. Pour in some oil. Put in five or six prickly ash.
Step3:When the pepper is fragrant, take a handful of leeks and put them into the pot. Stir fry them.
Step4:Then put in the super soy sauce and then the braised soy sauce.
Step5:Add about 250300ml of water.
Step6:When it's boiling, pour in water starch. (don't pour all the water starch into it. Pour in half first. Stir for a few times. See that the soup is thick. Then pour in the other half.)
Step7:Stir well. Add some salt. Pour in the remaining leek.
Step8:Stir it well. Pour it into the big bowl of tofu immediately.
Cooking tips:Be sure to use lactone tofu. Other tofu doesn't taste good. Remember to put all leeks in the end. Stir fry for a few times. Otherwise, it will be too rotten. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
