Share my delicious new year's day. Every time I go to eat Thai food, I bring a variety of curry sauces back from Thailand. I make all kinds of curry. It's my family's favorite. If you like it, I'll make it with mice.
Step1:200g curry sauce + 1 egg beat well (1 bag is 50g. I used 4 bags, i.e. 200g) The manual requires adding water. But I use a whole can of coconut milk instead. It varies from person to person. You can also make it according to the manual.
Step2:Pour 1 can of coconut milk into the well beaten curry sauce. Mix well. (if coconut milk solidifies, it can be heated and melted after water separation
Step3:Diced onio
Step4:Pineapple diced
Step5:Wash the shrimps.
Step6:Sauteed onion Well It smells good.
Step7:Stir fry with pineapple cubes Ha ha I think this dish will be delicious.
Step8:Pour in the washed shrimps.
Step9:Stir fry shrimps and pour them into the curry sauce. Wow. Super fragrant.
Step10:Cook until the curry is thick. Keep turning it in the middle so as not to paste the pan
