Step1:I bought a whole piece of cooked tendon. In order to be cleaner and taste better, I blanched it with boiling water. There's some cooking wine and salt in it.
Step2:Stir fry in a nonstick pan. Heat the oil. Put ginger, pepper, onion, beef tendon, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate in order. Just minutes. Haha. Isn't it easy.
