Step1:Chopped ginger or slices. Sliced garlic. Descaling fish and internal organs for us
Step2:Take a small bowl. Put some sauce, cooking wine, sugar, seasoning and vinegar into the bowl. Pour in a little water and mix well. (if there is no fresh pepper, you can add some dry pepper in this step.
Step3:Pour oil. Open fire. Stir fry ginger and garli
Step4:After the fragrance is released, pour the sauce into the oil pan and stir fry slightly. Then quickly put the fish trim into the pan
Step5:Don't turn over the fish in the whole process. Pour the soup on the fish with a shovel. Wait for the fish to solidify slightly. The heated water can't pass the fish
Step6:Let the water roll over the high heat. Then turn the low heat. Put in tofu and diced green pepper
Step7:When the soup is almost dried, you can get out of the pot.
Step8:If there is fish sauce in the pot, you can pour a bowl of rice into the pot. You don't need to open fire. Just stir fry it and serve it. This is my favorite taste of rice when I was a child
