Step1:Clean the cuttlefish. Rinse it. Cut it into pieces with scissors.
Step2:Mix in thirteen spices, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, sugar and soy sauce, and mix them with your hands. Marinate for more than 10 minutes.
Step3:Take an empty bowl. Pour in some flour. Put in an egg. Mix in a little salt. Add in water. Stir. Into a paste.
Step4:Add some oil into the pot and put in the scallion and ginger slices. Dip the cuttlefish into the batter one by one. Put in the oil pot and fry over low heat. One side can be turned over smoothly. Turn over and blow up the other side. Plate when both sides are golden.
Step5:I don't have a plate. It doesn't look good. But it's good to eat.
Step6:It's tender. The skin is soft, too.
