Step11:Make cream of cheese. Beat the yolk with a beater. Sift in low gluten flour and cornmeal after turning white. Mix well. Boil the milk with sugar and pour in the egg yolk paste.
Step12:Keep stirring while pouring to prevent the yolk paste from caking.
Step13:Heat the egg yolk paste with a small fire until it thickens. Turn off the fire immediately. Add cream cheese immediately and stir constantly.
Step14:Stir until it is completely mixed. It becomes smooth and delicate.
Step15:Soften the butter and use the beater to beat until it is fluffy and white.
Step16:Add the cheese and egg paste to the butter. Mix well with a rubber scraper.
Step17:Put the cream into the decoration bag.
Step18:Water is boiled with sugar to make syrup. After cooling, pour in rum. Take a piece of cake. The bottom is up. Brush the surface and sides with plenty of syrup.
Step19:Cut a small hole in the decoration bag. Squeeze the cream of cheese on the cake. Fold it over. Brush the syrup first. Then squeeze the cream. Three pieces in all.
Step20:Whisk the whipped cream. Add the chocolate syrup to make the cocoa flavored whipped cream.
Step21:Squeeze the cocoa cream on the top of the cake with the decoration bag and the decoration mouth. Sprinkle the almond on the space.
