Step7:Take out the frozen dough. Cut into 0.3cm thick slices with a knife. About 30 slices can be cut. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees at the same time.
Step8:Put the cut cookie dough on the baking tray. Leave a large enough distance between each cookie. Then put the pan in the oven. Bake for about 13 minutes. Let it cool down.
Step9:In the process of drying biscuits, we will make sandwich ingredients. Cut the dark chocolate and 20g butter into small pieces. Put them into a small bowl. Heat them in water and stir until they dissolve completely. I use hazelnut chocolate. It's better to choose one without nuts
Step10:Before the chocolate filling solidifies, put it on a piece of cool biscuit. Cover another piece of biscuit.
Step11:Let it stand until the filling solidifies. Chocolate biscuits are ready.
Cooking tips:1. The quality of cocoa powder and dark chocolate determines the taste of this biscuit. Be aware that chocolate, black and white, must be original without raisins and nuts. Otherwise, two biscuits are not easy to bond and may break. 2. The amount of sugar in this biscuit ingredient is not much, so if you choose the dark chocolate as the sandwich, the purity is too high. The taste of biscuit will be a little bitter. You can add sugar according to your own preference. 3. When taking out the frozen long dough slices, it is easy to appear the phenomenon of biscuit micro bending. Biscuits break easily if they are pressed flat. You can leave it at room temperature for a while and then cut it.
