Step1:1. put a large egg into the bread barrel. Put in 50g milk. Put in 3G salt and 50g sugar; 2. put 200g high flour and 50g low flour into the bread machine; 3. put 3G yeast into the bread barrel. Start the 15 bread dough program. Start dough mixing.
Step2:During the kneading of the bread machine, butter is added manually three times. The bread dough program will take about 1 hour. When it is finished, the prompt will sound. It is recommended not to take it out immediately. Wait another 2030 minutes to take out the dough.
Step3:Divide the dough into 8 parts on average. Put in the non stick bread mold or cake mold. Put it into the oven and set it at 30 ℃ for secondary fermentation for 4060 minutes. Take out the mold from the oven and brush the surface of the dough with milk yolk liquid (15g milk + 20g small yolk liquid).
Step4:After the oven is preheated 180 degrees, put the bread mould brushed with milk and egg liquid into the oven again.
Step5:180 degrees up and down. Medium and low. Bake for 20 minutes.
