Step1:Peeled eggplant, sliced; sliced tenderloin; chopped garli
Step2:In the pot, heat the oil, slide the shredded pork tenderloin, stir fry until it turns white; add soy sauce, stir fry and color it. Pour in the eggplant strips, stir fry evenly.
Step3:Add half a cup of water. Cover the pot. Simmer for 3 minutes, then stir fry and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Step4:Add some salt. Drop a few drops of vinegar. Add the chopped garlic. Stir well and leave the pot.
