Step1:Wash the osmanthus. Soak and rinse in warm water for 3060 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step2:Heat up the oil in the pot. Add in the onion, ginger, garlic and minced meat to stir fry the flavor. Fry the osmanthus on both sides until golden.
Step3:Cook in cooking wine, mix a little old smoke and add some water (it's better to immerse the fish completely). After the taste is adjusted, bring to a boil.
