Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Mushroom, black fungus bubble hair.

2. 

   Step2:Mince Pork into mince. Add diced black fungus, raw soy sauce, salt, chopped green onion, ginger and cooking wine.

3. 

   Step3:Put the meat in the mushroom umbrella cover.

4. 

   Step4:Roll on the starch and fry for 2 minutes until the skin is crispy.

5. 

   Step5:Stir fry the pickled peppers in the pot for 1 minute. Pour in the mushrooms. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Serve in the pot.
