Step1:Soak the hair of Tremella. Remove the hard lump and wash it.
Step2:Put the tremella and more water in the blender. Smash it. Don't break it too much. Also keep some small pieces. It will taste better.
Step3:Red dates are washed clean and cut. It's easier to smell. I used Xinjiang jujube. So I cut it into long strips.
Step4:Put the tremella and water together into the pot and boil over high heat. Then add the dates and wolfberry. Change the heat and cook for more than half an hour until the tremella is rotten. The soup is thick. Add brown sugar to taste. Cook for a while. Then turn off the heat and leave the pot.
