Because I started to go to school when I was very young. Now I grow up and seldom go home. I miss a lot of food in my hometown very much. So I began to study it myself. The fried rice noodles in Xinjiang are more sauce flavored. They are very different from the fried rice noodles in the south.
Step1:First of all, cut the scallion, ginger and garlic. Cut the celery.
Step2:Cut the chicken breast. Remember to cut the long strips.
Step3:Now it's time for bacon. The cut chicken breast must be marinated. Use cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, one drop of sugar, three drops of vinegar and starch. Marinate for 20 minutes.

Step7:Then add some pepper, pepper and cumin according to your taste. If you don't have enough flavor, you can add some soy sauce and sweet pasta sauce. If it's not spicy enough, you can add some chili powder. Throw salt and sugar.
Step8:Finally, adjust the sauce and pour the cooked rice noodles into it. Stir fry.

Cooking tips:I use Jiangxi rice noodles. It's because the noodles here are most like Xinjiang rice noodles. Xinjiang rice noodles are slightly coarse, so you can look for them. But Lai Fen is absolutely OK. The tomato is my own research. I think it's a little sour and fragrant. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
