Step1:Cut green garlic and garlic. Cut tofu into pieces and soak in light salt water.

Cooking tips:After the tofu is cut into pieces, it can be blanched to remove the beany smell. When blanching, the tofu is put into the pot in cold water. Tofu is not easy to be broken. Adding a little salt in the pot can make tofu taste better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
