This dish is improved after learning from other mothers. It tastes good. She likes mushrooms more when she adds them
Step1:Cut the yam, cut the pork into mud, and chop the mushrooms and agaric for us
Step2:Pour all the ingredients into a bowl, add some salt and stir the chopped green onion evenly for use
Step3:Take a few leaves from baby cabbage (take the larger ones). Boil the water in the pot, pour in the leaves, scald them, and then put them in reserve
Step4:Cut off the baby dishes (such a good roll). Put some mixed meat stuffing in it. Fold it in on both sides and roll it up. Put it in the plate with the mouth closed down
Step5:Like I did in the picture
Step6:After rolling it, carefully tie it up with shallot and steam it for about 20 minute
Step7:Steam and thicken with corn starch. (thicken - put some boiling water in the pot and add a little salt. Pour some corn starch into the bowl and dilute it with cold water. Then pour it into the boiling water in the pot and continue to heat and stir until transparent).
Cooking tips:It's better to make it with streaky pork. It's OK to use streaky pork without yam. It's better for adults to use cabbage roll. It's smaller for baby cabbage roll. If you want to use cabbage roll, you need to extend the steaming time to cook delicious dishes.
