I bought a big white radish. 1 / 3 of it is used to make Quanzhou radish rice. The remaining 2 / 3 is cut into thick slices and stewed with oyster sauce. It's a delicious stewed white radish with oyster sauce.
Step1:Peel the radish and cut it into thick slices. Put it into the pot. Add the spareribs soup and some water to submerge it. Put in some salt. Stir and cook for about ten minute
Step2:Add some oyster sauce. Cook over medium low heat for about 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step3:Take out the turnip and put it on the plate. Pour in the soup.
