Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Add salt and flour to butte

   Step2:Rub with hands to coarse particle stat

   Step3:Yeast, milk, egg liquid and sugar powder are mixed into flou

   Step4:Hand knead into a smooth, non stick doug

   Step5:Add prunes twice. Knead into doug

6. 

   Step6:Cut into the shape you want. Brush the surface with egg liquid. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven. My oven is 185 degrees and bake for 12 minutes until the surface is golden

   Step7:It should be fermented for a few hours But I didn't ferment and found it delicious Ha h
