Step1:Peel and dice potatoes, carrots, pork and scallion
Step2:Heat the wok, add some cooking oil, add in the onion first, then stir fry. Then add the diced meat, potatoes and carrots, stir fry until the potatoes are transparent and soft
Step3:Add some water and curry powder. Stew until the soup is thick enough to your liking, then turn off the heat and add salt to taste
Step4:Take another pot and bring out the noodles
Step5:Pour in the curry brine just made. The pasta of western style pasta is as delicious as that of Chinese style pasta
