Step1:Wash cabbage. Marinate meat slices with salt, oil and starch for 10 minutes. Shred onion, ginger and garlic.
Step2:Less oil from the pot. Stir fry the meat until it's broken, and put it in reserve.
Step3:Onion, ginger and garlic in the cauldron. Add cabbage and stir fry until the seedling collapses.
Step4:Pour the fried meat back into the pot and stir.
Step5:Add salt, sugar, fish sauce and water starch to thicken and eat the pot.
