Finger biscuits are a must-have dessert for new bakers. But I've been playing baking for nearly a year. I haven't tried them yet. I'm really ashamed. I think finger biscuit is too simple. I don't care to make it. But I still think it's not as simple as I thought. It's a little difficult to put it into defoaming and extrude beautiful shape. We didn't squeeze the shape this time. We must do more next time.

Step9:Squeeze the shape of your fingers out of the baking pan. I don't squeeze very well
Step10:190 degrees. Middle layer. About 10 minutes. The surface is golden.
Cooking tips:In fact, there is no need to use a mounting mouth when squeezing the batter. The effect is not good when I use it. Later, I simply took the mounting mouth off. Instead, it was squeezed beautifully. It was just a little thick and the mouth of the mounting bag was opened a little bit smaller, which made the dishes delicious and skillful.
