Step1:Wash the soy bean. Cut a small mouth at both ends of the soy bean (for better taste) for us
Step2:Pour water into the pot. Cut the scallion, ginger, pepper, seasoning, dried pepper and green bean into the pot. Add a few drops of cooking oil (to keep the color of green bean)
Step3:Bring the pot to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Turn off the heat
Step4:If you don't rush to eat, it will taste better if you soak it for an hour ~ (hint - boil the salt and put it again ~ this can keep the color of the soybean
