Jiaobai fried Maodou is a traditional famous dish of Han nationality in Zhejiang Province. It belongs to Zhejiang cuisine. It's fresh, salty, suitable, light and refreshing.

Because it's hard to taste, you can put some chili sauce for one hundred years before you fry it. It's OK to season it with salt. The water bamboo can also be diced.
