This dish is seasonal.
Step1:Wash the soy beans. Boil them in milk pot and pour them in, cook them and drain them for later use.
Step2:Cut two slices of ginger (ginger slices) and shred them. Beat the garlic. Shred the dried peppers.
Step3:Now put the dried green beans in the basin. A little sugar. Ginger and garlic sprinkle on the top of the bean and then pour red vinegar.
