Recently, enzyme is very popular. The expensive effect and safety bought outside are not guaranteed. So I bought an enzyme bucket and made it by myself. At least there is no additive to eat at ease.
Step1:Peel papaya, remove seeds, slice pitaya, and then put 1kg white sugar and purified water into the ferment barrel and mix well. Then close the lid and put it under normal temperature.
Step2:Open the lid in the morning and in the evening and stir once a day. Remember to close the lid after mixing. This picture is for two days. Because it's summer and it's soft fruit, so the fermentation is faster.
Step3:On the third day, I tasted the taste when I stirred it. It's moderate in sour and sweet. It means that the fermentation is good. Take out the pulp residue and pour the enzyme into the sealed bottle. Then put it into the refrigerator for refrigeration. Remember to drink it in 7 days.
Cooking tips:Pure water is the best taste. So even if I have a water purifier in my house, I still go to the supermarket to buy pure water. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
