Cooking tips:1. If sea cucumber likes to eat soft and tender, the blanching time will be longer. 2. When the fresh abalone is salted, it must be refrigerated to prevent deterioration. 3. The seasoning should be salty enough. There is no need to put salt. Less salt, less oil, healthier ha ~ there are skills in making delicious dishes.
