Step1:Mix the first four ingredients together to make a dough. Refrigerate for an hour.
Step2:Roll the dough into a half centimeter thick cake. Press the biscuit into a biscuit mold. If there is no mold, cut the biscuit into 3 × 4cm sized biscuits with a knife. Put in the baking tray. Use a fork to make small holes in the biscuit. Bake at 190 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. Place on a shelf to cool after baking.
Step3:Mix the last three ingredients in a bowl. Use two biscuits to cool them. They will be made into sandwich biscuits.
Cooking tips:This picture was made last Christmas. Only one finished picture was taken. The next time I do it, I will fill in the picture. Flour is the common flour. But I think if we use low gluten flour, the effect will be better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
