Step1:A large piece of longliyu. Defrost and cut into pieces. Put a small amount of salt and black pepper on each piece of fish. Then put some olive oil on it. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Step2:Heat the pot. A little oil. Put the fish in it. Fry one side until yellowish. Turn over. After the two pieces are yellowish, fry them on both sides until the edge is slightly burnt yellow. Just take it out. Sprinkle a little dill for color and flavor.
