Longli fish fillet is fresh, tender and boneless. It is especially suitable for Western cooking. Most of the large portion of the longlifish on the market are produced in Vietnam. Here I introduce a most quick way to do Kwai fried dragon fish fillet.
Step1:Thaw the Longli fish. Dry the water. Marinate the fish fillet with sea salt, garlic powder, sweet pepper powder and black pepper. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Step2:Take some fish sauce and sprinkle it on the fish fillet. PS need not be too much. Fish sauce itself has a salty taste. Too much salt is easy to be too salty.
Step3:Heat the pan. Add olive oil. Add the marinated fillet of Longley. Turn the heat to fry slowly. Add butter when turning over quickly. When the butter melts, turn over. Continue to fry slowly.
Step4:Take a spoon. Pour butter and olive oil on the surface of the fish fillet constantly to prevent it from drying.
Step5:Wait until the fried fish fillet is burnt yellow and the skin is crisp.
Step6:In the end, it's better to add some flavor with Cajun sauce.
