Step1:Wash the tremella and put it into a basin. Add water that can't pass the tremella to soak the tremella. Cut off the dead knot after the tremella is soaked. Put in the pot and add water twice as much as that of Tremella. Cook for an hour on a low heat.
Step2:Wash and dice the purple potatoes. Wash the dates and remove the paste. Also cut them into cubes. Wash both sides of the medlar.
Step3:An hour later, the tremella is very thick. Then pour in the cut purple potatoes, red dates and medlar.
Step4:Add in the ice sugar and stir well. Stew for another half an hour to turn off the fire. It's sticky and delicious.
Cooking tips:Purple potato and Tremella porridge can be cooked the first night. It's convenient and nutritious to get up the next morning. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
