Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Remove gills, scales, belly and clean the carp. Slice cooked chicken. Slice fresh mushrooms. Slice bamboo shoots and cook in boiling water for about five minutes. Slice the onion. Sliced ginger. Slice garlic. Mix starch with water to make sauce.

  2. Step2:After finishing the fish cramps, row five or six knives at equal distance on both sides of the fish body. Smear salt and cooking wine for more than half an hour.
