When the mushroom changes color, put the eggs which have just been cooked into it. Stir them together for several times. Add salt and monosodium glutamate. Stir well and then the pot will be out. I didn't use the pan with scallion, ginger and garlic. Because my family don't like to eat scallion, ginger and garlic. But I think it's delicious too
Cooking tips:In fact, Pleurotus ostreatus is almost cooked after blanching. The eggs are also fried in advance. So put the two together and stir fry for a few minutes. Adjust the taste and you can get out of the pot. Don't stir fry for too long. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
