Step1:Separate out the yolk. Add oil in turn and mix well. Then add milk and mix well. Sift in flour and mix well. Cover for standby.
Step2:Add lemon juice and beat the egg white until stiff.
Step3:Take one third of the egg white and mix in the egg yolk paste. Then pour the egg yolk paste into the egg white and turn it over evenly.
Step4:Sift about half of the batter into 5g cocoa powder or Matcha powder and mix well. Then spoon the original flavor. Spoon cocoa (or Matcha) alternately into the 8-inch mold.
Step5:About 140 ℃ and 65 minutes.
