Step1:Beat two eggs with 60 grams of sugar to make a batter. Sift in 60 grams of low gluten powder. Stir well. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 minutes. Note: we won't repeat the basic sponge cake here. It's quite simple. You can find the special sponge cake method in my recipe.
Step2:Use two eggs, 60 grams of sugar, 50 grams of low gluten powder and 10 grams of cocoa powder to make a cocoa sponge cake of the same size.
Step3:Let it cool completely and then release it. Each piece is divided into two pieces. There are four pieces of cake.
Step4:Each layer of cake is cut into rings with metal molds of different diameters.
Step5:Pay attention to the accuracy of the center of the circle. The distance of each cutting should also be measured accurately.
Step6:Make sure every circle of cake is average.
Step7:Add 40 grams of white granulated sugar to the whipped cream. Whisk until it is ready to spread. Spread cream on the inside of each circle of cake. The colors are interlaced. The second layer of cake is also interlaced.
Step8:Cream the surface and sides of the cake, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and stick pistachios around. Then use the flower mounting mouth to squeeze the cream under the decoration.
Step9:The cake is finished.
