On Sunday, I had the honor to go to Daxi big Korean restaurant to participate in a learning activity of Korean food. Daxidai is a Korean restaurant that started earlier in Luoyang. The taste is authentic.
Step1:Ingredients: spicy cabbage slices, 1 egg, and some soup, rice and onion.
Step2:Spread the egg skin.
Step3:Chop up the cabbage, onion and egg skin.
Step4:Put a small amount of oil in the pan. Stir fry the onion until it smells good.
Step5:Add rice and stir fry for a while.
Step6:Pour in hot cabbage and hot cabbage soup and continue to stir fry.
Step7:It's salty to mix in sugar and hot cabbage soup. Salt must be put less. It's ok if you don't put it.
Step8:Put in the eggshell and stir well.
Cooking tips:There are more than a dozen ingredients for spicy cabbage. I can remember about salt, apple, onion, pear, leek, white radish, fish sauce, glutinous rice flour, coarse pepper and fine chili noodles. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
