Step1:Remove the hair on the elbow. Then soak it in water for more than 2 hours. Remove the blood. Marinate with cooking wine, ginger slices and salt for more than 1 hour to remove the fishiness of pork.
Step2:Use a cotton thread to tie the elbow tightly. The elbow meat made in this way will taste strong, not scattered and delicious.
Step3:Blanch your elbows. Clean them. Then put them into a cold water pot. Add two bagels of anise, prickly ash, hawthorn and a piece of fragrant leaves. Add scallion and ginger. Cover with the lid. Heat for about half an hour. Turn down the heat. Add two spoons of salt. Simmer in a low heat. Take out the elbows in about 3 hours.
Step4:Untie the cotton thread on the elbow. The bone of the elbow will fall off as soon as it shakes. After cooling, slice it. Stick on the raw soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic powder and enjoy it.
